There are many reasons that Electropedic beds are superior. Here are a few of them:
Frame
Our frame is all steel with riveted joints (no nuts or bolts to come loose). The frame supports the foundation from head to foot and from side to side. When the bed is in the flat position, the top frame (the part that bends) is completely supported by the bottom frame. This provides maximum support when one sits on the side or at the foot of the bed and prevents undo stress on the mechanism. 25 year warranty.
Motors
Electropedic motors are completely sealed so there is no oiling or lubrication needed. Also, sealed motors keep out dust and dirt which can cause premature wear of parts. 10 or 15 year warranty.
Mattresses
Our mattresses are available in both innerspring and latex foam. All Electropedic innerspring mattresses use double offset coil construction; what this means is that each row of coils is hinged allowing for easier bending with a minimum of bulging. All Electropedic latex mattresses are made with the finest American latex.
